This shrimp was delicious, and super easy to make!!
What You'll Need
1.) Shrimp. I used the kind that already had the tails taken off, but they were a little small. Next time I'm going to use the Jumbo shrimp.
2.) 1/2 cup Butter
3.) Lemon sliced
4.) Italian Spices (the recipe called for an Italian seasoning packet, but being gluten free I tend to avoid packaged seasonings)
5.) Cookie sheet
Step 1: Heat oven to 350 degrees and melt the butter in the pan. (while this is melting is a good time to thaw your shrimp and cut your lemon)
Step 2: Take your pan with the melted butter out of the oven, and place the lemon slices in the pan randomly.
Step 3: Spread shrimp evenly on top of the lemon (Here is where you can tell my shrimp weren't big enough), and season.
Step 4: Bake for 15 minutes
After it bakes for 15 minutes, your shrimp is ready to enjoy!! I served mine with rice, but I also think it would be good with pasta or potatoes! Follow me on pinterest!
